1: Discover
Book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to determine your risk for insulin resistance and discover if personalized coaching is the right fit for your needs.
2: Intake Form
Once we have decided to work together, I will ask you to complete an intake form to provide insights into your health status and goals.
3: Let's Meet!
We'll schedule 12 virtual meetings, with individualized frequency. Our collaboration could span anywhere from 3 months to 1 year, with options to extend. Throughout these sessions, we'll review your progress and adapt your plan as necessary.
I'll be there every step of the way, guiding you towards healthier eating, a more active lifestyle, sustainable habits, and improved insulin sensitivity.
Virtual 1:1 Meetings
- 12 sessions with options to extend
- 30 minutes / coaching session
- Frequency of meetings based on need and preference
- You report on symptoms, progress, etc.
- I provide needed education and recommendations on nutrition, fitness, etc.
- We fine tune your goals and plan over time
Nutrition Plan
- Personalized nutrition guidance based on your health and goals
- Recipes, meal plans, and nutrition tips
- Macro calculations as needed
- Personalized pace (Jump in or ease into your new lifestyle! We will find the strategy that works best for you!)
Fitness Plan
- Customized plan based on your access to equipment, exercise preferences, and available time
- Video demonstrations
Insulin Resistance
- We evaluate your insulin sensitivity and symptoms
- Blood work as needed
- Your custom nutrition and fitness plans will support reversing or preventing insulin resistance
- In addition to nutrition and fitness, we will evaluate and work to improve sleep, stress, and other contributors of insulin resistance
