I'm Sarah, a Registered Nurse turned health coach dedicated to empowering you on your wellness journey. As a wife and mom to two wonderful girls, I understand the importance of prioritizing health for both yourself and your loved ones.

Through my own health experiences and nursing background, I've come to believe that we don't have to accept declining health as we age or after having children. We can thrive at every stage of life!

My particular focus is on insulin resistance, a condition linked to various health challenges like type 2 diabetes, PCOS, and heart disease. My goal is to demystify insulin resistance and support you in preventing or reversing it, enabling you to live your healthiest life possible.

I place a strong emphasis on habit formation and meeting you where you are in your journey. My aim is not only to assist you during our time together but to equip you with tools for lifelong success.

Beyond work, I cherish family time, faith, and friendships. I'm also a sports enthusiast, love art and music, and can't resist a beach vacation. Originally from Eastern Oregon, I now call Utah home, where I earned my nursing degree at BYU.
